William Terrell "Terry" Hersey, age 64, of Alma passed away Sunday (August 28, 2022) at Miller County Hospital after an extended illness. Born in Coffee County on December 12, 1957. He was son of the late William Thomas Hersey and preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Hersey and sister, Donna Smith.

Survivors include his mother, Mildred Butts Hersey of Alma; sister, J.C. Waters of Nicholls; sister-in-law, Denise Brogan of Mt. Washington, Ky; special friends, Kay and Allen Graham and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday (September 7, 2022) at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Gregory Pope officiating.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
