William Shon Whitley, age 44, of Nicholls passed away suddenly at the Bacon County Hospital on Monday, July 6, 2020.  He was son of the late Wayne Whitley and preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William Theodore Whitley and Annie Lee Anderson Whitley.

Survivors include his mother, Teresa Newberry Reich and husband Daniel of Alma, fiancé, Courtney Reaves of Nicholls, four children, Blake Lee and wife Cassie of Blackshear, William Shon Whitley, Jr. of Alma, Trinity Bennett and Tabitha Bennett of Alma, two brothers, Wayne Brant Whitley of Alma and Ryan Chase Whitley of Statesboro, a sister, Kelsey Medders, maternal grandparents, Billy and Yvonne Newberry of Alma and two grandchildren, Kamden Sweat and Karson Lee of Blackshear.

Graveside services will be held Friday, July 10 ^th at 11:00 at Meeks Cemetery with Rev. John Bagley officiating.

Honorary pallbearers will be; Bobby Bagley, Jr., Dusty Lee, Jason Medders, Keagon Tanner, Gary Newberry, Randy Smith and Michael Davis.
