William Franklin Wilson, age 52, of Alma died Monday January 21st, 2013 at Mayo Hospital in Waycross after an extended illness. He was a native of Bacon County, son of the late Woodrow Wilson and Lillie Meeks Wilson and was also preceded in death by a son, Joe Eason and brother, Tony Woodrow Wilson. Franklin was a welder.

Survivors include a son, Shawn Eason and wife Nancy of Blackshear, three brothers, Ronald Wilson of Waycross, Roy Youngblood of Alma and Jerry Wayne Horton of Corydon, Ky, a niece Molley Horton of Corydon, Ky and a nephew, Jessie Wayne Youngblood of Alma

A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, Jan. 26th at 2:00 o'clock from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Lowell Lee officiating. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from noon until funeral time.
